The subjects for the club competitions will not change and are as follows.
Round 1 - Open + Landscape/Seascape (photographs depicting natural scenery)
Round 2 - Open + Natural History ( flora or fauna but not domestic animals or pets)
Round 3 - Open + People (any picture portraying people including formal portraits, informal candids and parts of the body)
Round 4 - Digital Art (the reality of the original image radically altered using digital imaging software)
+ Found Abstract (the isolation of subject matter, not created by the photographer, so that form, colour and line create a composition. Digital manipulation to be kept to a minimum).
We suggest you use a non descriptive title for your abstract images.
Round 5 - Open + Still Life (an image depicting inanimate subject matter, natural or man made)
Round 6 - Open + Close Up (as close as your equipment will go. Most digital cameras will go very close!)
